The admissions policy has been updated to reflect the enactment of the Admissions to Schools bill (2018); updated 2022.
The Staff, parents and Board of Management of the North Dublin National School Project have developed and agreed this policy in line with the current recommendations and guidelines relating to child abuse prevention and child protection guidelines. The document has been drawn up in response to the provisions in The Education Act 1998 and the Child Welfare Act 2000. This policy complements the school ethos of nurturing potential in a caring environment where the welfare of children is paramount.
The N.D.N.S.P. Code of Behaviour, Discipline and Conduct has been developed within the context of the Core Curriculum of the NDNSP (it reflects the ethos of the NDNSP) and in the context of the Health, Safety and Welfare of all the school community. This policy should be read in conjunction with the NDNSP Anti-bullying Policy.
